Workfloow is a job management platform designed for restoration companies and field teams to streamline workflows, track jobs via GPS, manage site visits, centralize documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders.

2. Eligibility

By using this Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. User Accounts

• User Content: You retain ownership of the data, photos, and documents you upload. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Trials: If you sign up for a free trial, these terms apply to the duration of the trial.

• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; however, you will remain responsible for fees incurred until the end of the current billing cycle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workfloow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
