Most workforce software gets built in a boardroom, then bent into shape for whoever’s willing to buy it. Workfloow started the other way round — we spent time with the people actually running restoration and field-service jobs before we wrote a single line of code. What we heard was the same story again and again: brilliant crews doing great work on-site, let down by paperwork, phone calls, and tools that were never built for how they actually operate.

We built Workfloow because the tools available were built for someone else’s problem — generic office software repurposed for the field, or American platforms built around insurance-claims workflows that don’t reflect how UK compliance, UK teams, and UK jobs actually work. So we built something different: a platform designed from day one around scheduling, proof of work, and compliance documentation for teams who work with their hands, not at a desk.
