Instead, mobile apps use platform-native identifiers (such as Device IDs) or Mobile Software Development Kits (SDKs) to maintain user login sessions, store app preferences, and deliver core operational services securely via Amazon Web Services (AWS).

  • Purpose: Essential for platform operations. They maintain secure login states, protect against cross-site security threats, and manage user sessions across app.workfloow.app and mobile apps.

  • Infrastructure: Powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure account authentication, cloud file storage, and database management.

2. Payment Processing & Billing (Web App)

  • Purpose: Operates on app.workfloow.app. We integrate Paddle (our Merchant of Record) to handle payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, and checkout security.

  • Function: Paddle sets temporary functional cookies during checkout to manage cart state, local currencies, and fraud detection.

3. Analytics & Performance (Marketing Site & Web/Mobile Apps)

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects aggregate, non-personally identifiable metrics on visitor interaction, page views, and feature usage.
